Ave Maria is a pristine gem just miles away from the beauty that is the Florida Everglades. Get away to this peaceful and quaint community with the beautiful Ave Maria church as the centerpiece. Or, if schooling is more important, the Ave Maria university is located within walking distance of both the church and the beautiful Ave Maria rental condos. We have two and three bedroom rentals available, each with two queen beds (3 bedroom units have a pull out sofa in an office setting), en suite master bathrooms and a shared/common bathroom for the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchens are included, with a Publix located right within the Ave Maria community. Pool and exercise facilities are available for our guests who are staying with us for 30 days or more. All units are located on the second floor around the main church plaza (elevator access included) with balconies looking out at the beautiful locales of Ave Maria.

Terms and Conditions
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unlessaccompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
By making a reservation guests agree to the following provisions:
a. No damage isdone to unit oritscontents, beyondnormal wear and tear.
b.All debris, garbage and discards are placed intrash can, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
c. No linens are lost or damaged.
PAYMENT – A security deposit of $500 up to $1000 isrequired before arrival. Please contact Nicole Boelter (321-278-9920) for payment information.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Renters must cancel thirty (30)days prior to check-in. Renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to check-in.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or special events.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included inthe rental rate. For reservations lasting longer than 30nights a $100 processing fee will be collected.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Although linens and bath towels are included in the unit, dailymaid service is not included in the rental rate.
RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must beapproved in writing in advance.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National WeatherService orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the TropicalStorm/Hurricane Warning"area of residence ofa vacationing guest. The day that theNational Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "TropicalStorm/Hurricane Warning,"area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion ofrent from aguest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent froma guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that isscheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Trash/recycling:A self-contained dumpster (green) isavailableto you on the northend of your parking lot.Pleasenote that the left side is for recycle items, the rightsideis for regular garbage.
